For this reason, all payments made to Bloomorey are non-refundable, including deposits and any additional payments toward your service.

By securing your booking, you are reserving your event date, floral inventory, and dedicated preparation time.

Rescheduling Options

We understand that plans may change, and we aim to offer flexibility where possible.

Rescheduling Guidelines

  • Requests to reschedule must be made at least 10 days prior to your event date

  • All rescheduled events are subject to availability

  • Approved reschedules may be applied to a new date within 12 months of the original booking date

Credit Policy

  • Eligible rescheduled bookings will receive a service credit equal to the amount paid

  • Credits must be used within the approved timeframe and are non-transferable

Short-Notice Changes

  • Requests made within 10 days of the event may not be eligible for rescheduling

  • In certain cases, Bloomorey may offer a partial credit at its discretion, depending on preparation status and incurred costs

Same-Day Cancellations / No Shows

  • Same-day cancellations and no-shows are not eligible for rescheduling or credit

Force Majeure

In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (such as severe weather, emergencies, or venue closures), Bloomorey will work with you to reschedule your service based on availability.
