Standard Delivery Timeline

Bloomorey requires a minimum of 72 hours from the time an order is placed to the requested delivery date for standard floral deliveries.

This allows our team time to properly source, prepare, and design each arrangement with the elevated quality and care Bloomorey is known for.

Rush Orders

Rush delivery requests may be accommodated with a minimum 48-hour notice, based on availability.

Rush fees may apply and approval is not guaranteed during holidays, peak seasons, or high-volume event weekends.

No Same-Day Deliveries

Bloomorey does not offer same-day floral deliveries at this time.

Delivery Windows

While we strive to accommodate preferred delivery timeframes, exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed due to traffic, weather conditions, route scheduling, or event-related logistics.

Travel fees and setup logistics are customized based on the event location and scope of services.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Requests for delivery changes or cancellations must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date.

Custom floral orders, event florals, and specialty designs are non-refundable once preparation and sourcing have begun.
